Khatchadour is an Armenian vocalist and Duduk woodwind musician based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Born in Lebanon, he grew up singing in the Syrian Armenian children’s choir, Karoun, and credits his focus on meditative genres to his early years singing in Orthodox (Apostolic) Armenian Church. He sings in Armenian, Arabic and Farsi languages. He holds Bachelor’s degrees in both Anthropology & Middle Eastern Studies from the UC Berkeley. He has five albums to date, the last of which was focused on Armenian lullabies.
