Fiddle for Fledglings

For children ages four and up. This workshop is appropriate for kids who are violin-curious but have never touched a violin, or for early beginners. Come get a Suzuki-inspired foundation that will help you become the future fiddler you want to be!

Real violins are encouraged, but not necessary – I will bring some “prop” bows (and maybe some prop violins) for the youngest students to use for technique games. We’ll be flexible: older kids who can take more instruction will be probably be up to staying longer than younger kids, who may tire after the technique games.
