Balkan Tunes for All Instruments

Instrumental pieces from Bulgarian, Macedonian, Greek, Serbian, and Romani traditions. Tunes will be taught primarily by ear with an emphasis on stylistic ornamentation, rhythm, and some room to learn improvisation. All levels and instruments are welcome; the pace of the class will be influenced by the levels of the participants.
