Kira Starfire has studied Egyptian folkloric, Turkish, Persian, and Tribal Fusion dance which has inspired her unique style of belly dance. She has been a member of the Silk Road Caravan group since 2010, performing to live music at the Northern California Renaissance Faire, Dickens Faire, and festivals and events throughout the Bay Area.
Kira’s dancing has been described as regal, generous, playful, and emotion in motion. Her performances are mostly improvisational; they express the range of feelings invoked by the music. Kira currently resides in the Mojave Desert in Southern California
